Tailored Programs to meet your comany's needs ....

Fundamental to our training and development programs is the implementation of information technologies relevant to today’s workplace. Our training takes into account your business and project objectives, available resources, required learning outcomes, timelines and the skill level of the proposed participants. We take the time to understand your business strategy or project objectives by working in conjunction with key stakeholders. To assist in determining your needs, Monash Professional can conduct a skills analysis and training needs assessment. We then analyse the current skills of designated staff and highlight gaps that may be present. In this manner, we help you optimise your investment in workplace training and professional development.

Our courses can be tailored specifically to meet the needs of corporate groups. We offer the option of:

  • Standard training courses
We can deliver any of our public courses for your team in the form of a closed class that can be delivered at our premises or on your site.

  • Tailored courses
The content of our courses can be specifically tailored to your organisation’s needs. We can design case studies and exercises specifically around your business. An extensive range of topics, not available in our range of public courses, can be provided.

  • Fully customised programs
Programs can be designed specifically for your organisation and are often the best way of ensuring your training meets business priorities. Programs are designed following detailed consultation with stakeholders and are delivered to suit specific requirements.
