FAMILY HAMPERS
The Family Hamper packing will again take place on the lower level of the John Power Stand at the Eagle Farm Racecourse. This event will include the Back-to-School packs.

If you are registering using your work email address, please list your
personal email address at ‘secondary e-mail’.
- The event will follow the Brisbane Racing Clubs COVID Safe Plan, as applicable at the time.
- Social distancing, PPE and sanitisation will be in force as per that plan.
- The COVID Safe Plan that will apply will be sent to registered attendees in the week prior to the event,together with on-site parking instructions.
Note: Alternative plans are in place should the COVID situation CHANGE.
LADIES HAMPERS
(Pack at home or Purchase)
We understand that people may not want or be able to attend the physical event and are providing an alternative for the Ladies Hampers. This way that everyone can still be involved.
As shown in the information linked here you can purchase the items and prepare the Ladies Packs in the comfort of your own home.
We encourage you to start purchasing the items, collect some shoes boxes and make up as many Ladies Packs as you would like, starting now.
You will then be able to deliver the Ladies Packs you produce to Eagle Farm Racecourse – as a drive by – on Saturday, 5th of December.
We ask that you advise us, at stevels@bigpond.com, if you are planning to produce Ladies Packs. We’ll then contact you re drop-off arrangements.
AN ALTERNATIVE is to purchase one or multiple Ladies Pack, at $20 each. This can be done via the registration page for the event.
