SCLAA would love to announce its first networking event for 2022.
SCLAA are also excited to announce ‘HerStories’ will also have its first in-person event. We will be joined by two great leaders from the Supply Chain Industry who will share their stories of career progression.
Come along and join us on the 25th of May to network, have a laugh, be inspired and have your own key takeaways that can assist in your own Career Path.
Speakers
Serena Mahar-O’Keefe
Serena is an experienced Supply Chain Manager at APAC at BIC – world leader in consumer goods.
Serena is also a qualified A qualified Accountant with a career spanning over 25 years working in both Finance & Supply Chain roles for BIC, Ansell, Newell Rubbermaid, Kraft Foods, and Gillette.
Serena has grown to enjoy meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and learning new business practices. Serena is driven by the support of committed, resilient, dynamic, and highly innovative teams. My motivation to be involved with the SCLAA & CPA Australia Program’s as a Mentor is to support the next generation of leaders and inspire women in both Supply Chain & Finance roles.
Caroline Kelly
Caroline Kelly is currently General Manager of Australia for Rhenus Logistics.
She has worked in a variety of roles over the past 27 years. Initially starting in the Trans Bass trade, moving into wharf cartage, warehousing, interstate transport , labour hire and then transitioning into the Freight Forwarding sector.
She has gained extensive experience in hands on roles and believes that has enabled her to fully understand the logistics sector. Over the past few years Caroline has really honed her passion into empowering her team and sharing her knowledge so they can begin to build successful careers.
Caroline believes in having empowered teams (that’s where the magic happens)
Everyone in the team can look around and see engagement, respect, striving for better and are able to adapt quickly to their environment. That’s where solutions are found in the most difficult times, and that’s what makes it all rewarding.
