Drew has 25+ years of global experience in logistics and supply chain across land, sea and air. He has experience in project management, strategy and relationship development with enterprise level businesses across Australasia.

Kyle is one of the co-founder’s of uTenant and is responsible for the company’s strategy and growth uTenant is Australia’s largest warehousing platform for 3PL, overflow warehousing and industrial property sourcing.
Kyle has a manufacturing, warehousing & distribution background developed when working for his family business in Ireland. He has also worked for one of Australia’s largest 4PL’s & 3PL’s.
Caitlin Jones – Freight and Distribution Manager, Tassal Group
Caitlin is the Freight and Distribution Manager for Tassal Group, responsible for the logistics needs of the groups domestic and export networks. Caitlin is a passionate logistics specialist with 10 years’ experience in the FMCG industry. Recently completing a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Business Admin and Supply Chain and Logistics, Caitlin is highly skilled in valuable operational improvement and building positive relationships with service providers.
Caitlin is motivated by working collaboratively with providers to solve complex cold chain issues and enjoys mentoring her team to become empowered within this dynamic industry.
Nicci Harrison – Operations Director, Tip Top
Nicci Harrison is the Operations Director at Tip Top. Nicci joined Tip Top as Customer Service Manager in 2005. Over 18 years Nicci has moved through several different roles and functions including Procurement in both NZ and Australia and then moving into Regional Operations Manager for Chilled & Frozen Division. Nicci then moved back to NZ as GM of Operations leading the team to deliver significant capital investment and change projects for the business.
While in the GM Operations role in NZ, Nicci completed MBA over four years during which time she also had her second child. For the last 4 years Nicci has been leading in the Operations Director role for Tip Top for Australia & New Zealand, in this role Nicci has driven a strong cultural transformation in Food Safety and Quality.
Katie Walacavage – SCLAA NSW/ACT Vice President
Katie has spent her career working around the mining, rail, electrical and civil engineering space. And as of the last 6 years she has been working in the supply chain space focusing on industry 4.0 industrial robotics an automation areas.
