The everchanging omnichannel landscape is driving demand for increasingly faster delivery and flawless fulfillment processes. Zebra Technologies recently commissioned a global research study to gain a deeper understanding of how manufacturers, retailers and logistics firms are preparing to meet the evolving needs of the on-demand economy – with survey’s designed to reveal plans, implementation levels, experiences and attitudes toward omnichannel logistics.

Digital disruption has redefined consumer behaviour and is reflected in the growth of the global e-commerce market – which is now worth $2.3 trillion. In turn, this transformation is rippling through the retail supply chain, dictated by the moment-to-moment wants and whims of consumers forever changed by the Internet’s endless — and instant — buying possibilities. The result is a retail ecosystem in flux and it is shaking the supply chain at its very core.

Add to this already challenging market the phasing out of Microsoft’s mobile operating system is placing an increased pressure to find a new operating system that not only promotes easy migration, but provides long-term support to help improve productivity and efficiency.

Join Zebra’s AJ Tan for this online event to learn more about how Zebra is helping warehousing and supply chains deal with today’s challenging environment.
