SCLAA WEBINAR
What is in store in 2021 with International Trade
Thursday, 25 February 2021

Date: Thursday, 25 February 2021
Time: 10am – 11am (AEST)
Cost: Members: No charge
Cost: Non-members: $30.00

After a year of incredible disruption in 2020 to Supply Chains, there are plenty of indications that 2021 will be just as turbulent, maybe even moreso.

Adam looks forward to discussing some of the emerging challenges, trends, and strategies, and what that will mean in the near term for Supply Chains.

Some of the key focus during the webinar include:

  • Security of supply strategies – both internationally and in Australia.
  • A perspective on the current challenges with international trade and the emerging trends to deal with
  • them.
  • We’ll look at some key supply routes and their dynamics, including China and Asia more broadly.
  • The re-emergence of integrated solutions, especially that of the Business to Consumer market.

Who should attend: Supply Chain Professionals, Students, Enthusiasts.

Adam’s Supply Chain career spans over 20 years working in varied capacities. His earlier roles in Freight and Logistics include senior roles in Business Development, Operations and General Management, before moving to Asia to assume the role of Regional Supply Chain Director with a large multi-national Engineering and Construction company. Here he led geographically and culturally diverse teams in Procurement, Contracts and Logistics.

Adam has now come full circle, returning to Australia recently and is currently the Managing Director of Port Air Logistics, a freight forwarding and logistics company based in Melbourne.

Adam’s broad experience affords him a very balanced view of Supply Chain from both the customer and service provider perspectives.

Registrations close: 23 February 2021
